Chia-apple-dates muffins

(gluten free, sugar free, milkless)

6 juicy dates

2 eggs

4 tablespoon virgin coconut oil

4 tablespoon chia seeds (add chiaseeds 1 cup water, keep it 1 hour)

Mix in a blender.

2 dl almond flour

1,5 dl oatflour

1 teaspoon baking flour

1 teaspoon cardamom

(1 teaspoon cinnamom)

a pinch salt

1 apple

Mix flours, cardamom, cinnamon, salt. Add dates, eggs, coconut oil, chia seeds and mix. Cut an apple small pieces and add. At least mix everything well. Share the dough to muffin tin, 9-10 muffins. Fry in oven +200 °C about 10 minutes. Try,that muffins are ready. Enjoy muffins with a cup of tea!
